Skills :  1. Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process. Must have the ability to develop and work extensively at the executive level.
2. Demonstrated background, knowledge and experience in sales, targets and revenue , including, but not limited to, sales goals, proper reporting and documentation skills, Understanding the Customer, Customer Focus, Informing Others, Self-Development, positive attitude, follow up.
3. Well-developed research and analytical skills to assess client needs and to develop appropriate responses and implement actions.
4. The ability to manage financial, physical and human resources.

FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

1. Bachelor Degree
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position, Pre Multinational and FMCG experience in Dubai

Responsibilities :  SM will be solely responsible for establishing ITC Promotion Group presence and driving sales activities in the UAE.
1. SM should be able to penetrate prospect target accounts for new business.
2. Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing
3. Initiate Sales and service existing clients and cold calling and Cold prospecting daily
4. Network/ PR with client to improve the exposure of the branch presence and ITC head office by regular follow up
5. Focus and target on FMCG and QSR Blue Chip companies and governmental organizations,
6. Streamlines the sales operation and its efficiency
7. Work and communicate with department managers to achieve sales and financial goals and objectives while maintaining an efficient operation
8. Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure quality of service and products
9. Develops and communicates timely, complete and accurate sales forecasts and other sales and marketing data that contributes to the effective deployment of sales resources to achieve sales and marketing objectives.

Description :  The Sales Manager will manage all processes of the organization in UAE to ensure sustained growth in the market and the fulfillment of sales goals and objectives while at the same time maintaining and promoting total adherence to ITC Promotions group policies, procedures and regulations throughout the organization.

Responsibilities :  To monitor, track and respond to emails, faxes, letters and incoming mails as appropriate and necessary.
1. Responsible for supporting all aspects of the Managing Directors work including appointments and the diary, travel and accommodation as required in addition to managing dates, producing agendas, minutes and all key paperwork for meetings.
2. To appropriately screen and answer all telephone calls, take messages and respond to queries as appropriate.

Description :  TITLE: Executive Assistant to Managing Director

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Managing Director

DEPARTMENT: MD Office

FUNCTION: To support proactively the Managing Director and work as part in providing an efficient, effective and professional service to the ITC Group of Companies and to facilitate the smooth day to day running of the MD Office. This role works across the organization to ensure that ITC group operates intelligently and strategically.

LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY: Responsible to the MD for maintaining superior quality customer service standards as the ITC Group MD assistant, as well as a high level of administrative sustainability and support.

DIRECTION/SUPERVISION RECEIVED: The position works under the direct supervision of the Managing director and is expected to exercise sound judgment and initiative in achieving outcomes.
