Experience :  5 - 10 Years

Skills :  Applicants are to provide evidence that they have attained accreditation as a Pastry Chef and show that they have at least
5 years working experience. They must be highly skilled and motivated in all aspects of producing high quality and attractive
cakes, slices, pastries, tarts and mousses, with an emphasis on well decorated and great tasting products which will keep the
customers coming back for more.
The successful applicant must be able to provide costings for each and every item and maintain those costings.
Responsibilities :  The successful applicant will be responsible for the production of top quality cakes, slices, tarts and pastry for the daily
supply of our retail outlet. No premixes are used. All products are made from scratch using the best ingredients available.
He will also be responsible for ordering and receiving stock and ensuring it is rotated and stored appropriately, in accordance
with best food handling practice. Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises, utensils and all equipment is
of the utmost importance and a main responsibility of the successful pastry chef.

Description :  Working as part of a team to produce the best possible products for our Patisserie outlet as well
as maintaining the premises and equipment in a clean and hygienic manner.
Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed at all times.
