Responsibilities :  
-Support General Manager in daily business tasks

-Process office orders for supplies, both locally and from Swiss HQ

Extended duties:

Education coordinator -organize and support events in the UAE territory as well as regional events. Coordinate educational efforts with Swiss HQ. Assist in preparation of new product launches.

Responsibilities :  
To ensure efficient daily running of the Operations and Customer Service Department which comprises of Customer Service, Loan Service, Distribution, Goods-In and Service Centre (repairs and servicing). Specific responsibilities include:
Customer Service related:

-Dealing with customer inquiries and orders on a daily basis
-Processing orders into the system, authorizing credit notes
-Sending price offers to customers, creating invoices using SAP system
-Handling customer complaints related to invoicing
-Supporting the team and sales force on a daily basis with their queries
-Setting prices in SAP system for new product launches in the local market
-Preparing documentation for tenders
-Supporting management with administrative issues if necessary
-Resolving day-to-day customer SAP related challenges
-Month end / Year end procedures and processes

Logistic related:
-Processing all deliveries done through local affiliate (receiving, checking, picking, wrapping, shipping)
-Assisting in processing daily orders for shipments from Switzerland
-Providing customers with delivery date, prices and dealing with stock queries
-Liaising with couriers to ensure best service and price achieved
-Handling customer complaints related to shipments
-Controlling stock levels and coordinating inputs from business units
-Handling demo implant / instrument storage
-Preparing workshop equipment and material for sales staff
-Resolving day-to-day operational SAP challenges
-Handling monthly consignment reports received from costumers and sales consultants
early inventory taking at local subsidiary
