Description :  Senior Trainer

The GLD Trainer position holds primary responsibility for global facilitation and effective implementation of TeleTech Leadership Institute (TLI) curricula and initiatives. In addition to corporate initiatives, the GLD Trainer will partner with their manager to coordinate, facilitate & support any Operational Leadership Development initiatives as requested by site or program leadership. The Instructional Designer at TeleTech serves a critical role in the business? understanding the internal and external customer needs and then interpreting and transforming them into training and resources that serve to onboard and up-skill the employees working in that field.
