The job holder should have decision making, business acumen problem solving, organizing, and analytical skills. They should be attentive to details in terms of pricing figures and should possess good IT skills. Coordination or experience in Korean company will be an added advantage.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages Assistant Manager Telecom, Sr. Sales Executives, Sales Executive and Sales Officers of our clients Telecom Division. Indirectly supervises sales promoters and various locations through the sales executive and responsibilities for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of our clients Business Group. Works as a Profit Centre Manager for our clients Telecom division. Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience:
Graduation (BSc or Engineering in Electronics) with Post Graduation in Marketing Management from a reputed institute or more than 7 years related experience, out of which minimum 2-3 years experience as a Profit Centre Head.
