Our Client is currently seeking to hire Front Office Sales Administrator

Graduate with minimum 3 to 5 yrs sales administration experience, preferably with an international group, including extensive knowledge of export condition, customs and duty regulations of the Middle East Region and experience working with trade terms, sales forecasting, pricing and discount policies. Previous experience in a similar position is a must.

You will have close contact with customers and you will be required to update information, create files of new products and validate the components of all orders (quantity, prices, dates of delivery etc), forecasting, and budget, prepare and follow up offers to the customers. Capable of working with limited supervision, you will be required to use your own initiative and be both determined and persistent. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good computer knowledge, particularly within a SAP environment.

You will report to the Sales Manager. He will rely on you for the follow up of all matters linked to the area.
