Responsibilities

Ø Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's Business and growth plans and the sales targets and manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests/inquiries are attended to.

Ø Identifying and winning major HVAC projects, developing intimate knowledge of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to tender.

Ø Able to Select various equipment such as DX Units , VRV Units , Chillers , AHUs , FCUs , FAHUs etc .

Ø Thorough knowledge of various HVAC components & items like ducting , piping , insulation .

Ø Read drawings in Autocad , PDF and take out quantities to prepare BOQ

Ø Calculating cost of various HVAC Services such as Material and Labor Costs , System costs for HVAC Systems ( Equipment /Piping /Ducting )

Ø Keep pricing folder update and use softwares or MS office tools to arrive at proper cost estimates .

Ø Ensuring satisfaction of customers by responding to the queries related to various products & Services and their timely redressal of their complaints for achieving service quality norms.

Ø Attend day to day work related to Marketing & sales related activities.

Ø Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met.

Ø Negotiate agreements in coordination with the other departments and the senior management.

Ø Technical Knowledge on Heat Load Calculation, Equipment selections, Quantity estimations & Preparing BOQ.

Ø Coordination of Project Execution, Project Management & Estimation, Timely delivery of products & services, handling quality issue.

    Our Service Desk Administrator provides front-line customer service desk support, responsible for responding to and resolving computer, printer, and network issues. Customers contact the Service desk in-person, by phone, using Remedy and/or by sending emails. This position involves a high degree of quick decision making and detailed task management to ensure all work orders not resolved at the Service Desk are immediately assigned to the appropriate IT groups. Excellent customer service skills are mandatory.

    Responsibilities

    • Primary support and interface with site Information Management Officers (IMO) to ensure all Service Desk resources are utilized in the most efficient manner
    • Assists the IMO with daily functions of computer, network and software management for the site and all users
    • Provides immediate response to all customers who come to the Service Desk Person-to-person interaction involves troubleshooting, information exchange and help with ticket submission and issues

    Operate and monitor ammonia-based refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators,
    pumps, and controls.
    • Monitor and adjust system parameters, such as pressure, temperature, and flow rates, to ensure optimal
    performance and energy efficiency.
    • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on the cooling plant equipment to identify and
    address potential issues or maintenance needs.
    • Perform regular checks and tests on ammonia refrigerant levels, oil levels, and system components to ensure
    proper functioning and safety.
    • Respond to alarms, malfunctions, and emergency situations promptly, troubleshooting issues and
    implementing corrective actions.
    • Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, equipment readings, and safety
    inspections.
    • Follow established operating procedures, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to ammonia
    refrigeration systems.
    • Coordinate with maintenance technicians to schedule and perform repairs, replacements, and upgrades to
    cooling plant equipment.
    • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices for the safe handling, storage, and
    disposal of ammonia refrigerant.
    • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary equipment, spare parts, and supplies for the
    cooling plant.

    Requirements:
    • Diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in ammonia refrigeration systems is preferred.
    • Proven experience as an Ammonia Cooling Plant Operator or similar role, with a strong background in operating
    and maintaining ammonia-based refrigeration systems.
    • In-depth knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems, including components, controls, and safety procedures.
    • Familiarity with industrial refrigeration equipment, such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and pumps.
    • strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and refrigeration principles.

    Critical Competencies:

    • Ability to read and interpret technical
    drawings, schematics, and equipment
    manuals.
    • Excellent knowledge of safety
    protocols and procedures related to
    ammonia refrigeration, including
    emergency response and leak detection.
