Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams to collect and analyze data, perform project planning, and develop business cases to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of client engagements, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present complex data effectively.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and insights clearly and concisely.

The Position - SENCO (Whole School)

Summary

HII – Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Project Manager to be assigned to Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar to provide all supervision, labor, incidental materials, and other services necessary to perform programmatic support services to SPACECENT to provide support in collecting, analyzing, documenting, reviewing, and coordinating programmatic requirements listed below.



In addition to your base salary this role will help with housing and other necessitates required to reside in Qatar.

What You Will Do

  • Research, plan, establish, and recommend procedures to implement and programmatic functions to meet program requirements.
  • Develop and monitor program schedules.
  • Provide input for program budget development.
  • Interface/coordinate with CENTCOM, SPACECENT, Qatari Government Representatives, and other DA agencies and contractors.
  • Ensure adherence/compliance to all applicable laws, regulations, and business plans.
  • Provide input in program review meetings to evaluate progress and make recommendations.
  • Coordinate In-Process Review (IPR) preparation and documentation.
  • Provide programmatic input for correspondence, draft briefing charts, Air Force/Space Force memorandums to other agencies, briefings, slides, brochures, and charts in support of SPACECENT.
  • Organize and coordinate Requests for Proposal (RFP) activities, including response to Contractor requests for information and preparation of RFP amendments for Government review and approval.
  • Advise and assist the Government Program Managers on reviewing Contractor proposals, designs, and submittals to ensure that they satisfy SPACECENT requirements. establish clear organizational lines of authority and responsibility to ensure effective management of the resources assigned to the requirement.

What We Are Looking For

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Possess a valid State issued driver’s license.
  • Possess a current valid US Passport.
  • Fluently speak, read, and write English.
  • Must have the ability to successfully pass CENTCOM medical requirements.
  • Must be able to obtain a Country visa (as required in line with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide).
  • Experience managing performance-based projects and/or programs with multiple international performance locations.
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Science, or relevant degree of facility and infrastructure type project that supports services.

  • 8+ years of experience supporting highly complex DoD projects.

This position may be located in an environment with harsh and dangerous working and living conditions. المسؤوليات:

  • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات السوشيال ميديا لتعزيز العلامة التجارية وزيادة الوعي
  • إدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة (تيك توك، إنستغرام، تويتر، لينكدإن، سناب شات إلخ)
  • إنشاء محتوى جذاب ومناسب للجمهور المستهدف
  • تحليل أداء الحملات وتقديم تقارير دورية حول النتائج
  • التفاعل مع المتابعين وبناء علاقات قوية معهم

المتطلبات:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of automotive upholstery, from chairs to roof linings, dashboards to steering wheels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Upholsterer in the automotive industry, with a deep understanding of all aspects of automotive upholstery.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
  • Experience working on luxury cars
  • Ability to do all the following: steering wheels, dashboard, roofs, chairs, foam shaping, convertible roof

Your key duties


Buro Happold is seeking a Senior Consultant in Riyadh. You will lead strategic projects, provide expert advice, and ensure successful client outcomes. Responsibilities include managing teams, developing strategies, and overseeing resources. You will also handle issues, risks, and project changes, contributing to PMO improvements. As a trusted advisor, you will drive the success of our iconic projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate goals, benefits, scope, complexity, timeline, cost, and risk.
  • Structure and manage portfolios and programs with optimal organization and decision-making.
  • Organize design and delivery, client interface, resources, skills, assurance, communication, and packaging.
  • Align strategy KPIs with portfolio execution.
  • Lead business and organizational changes, introduce new standards, governance models, and IT implementations.
  • Manage multiple portfolios and programs.
  • Design and implement the Strategy/Portfolio, Program, Project Management Office (SMO & P3O).
  • Embed P3M processes, templates, monitoring, and controls across lifecycles.
  • Ensure projects align with PMO Framework and best practices.
  • Develop plans and documents for managing portfolios/programs.
  • Embed reporting for executives and business units.
  • Create and monitor KPIs and dashboards using BI tools.
  • Manage tools focusing on design, data integrity, testing, and operations transition.
  • Direct project teams to comply with standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct training and coaching for management.
  • Evaluate program progress to improve efficiency.
  • Keep up with industry trends and adjust strategies.
  • Ensure even task distribution among team members.
  • Manage budgets, expenditures, and corrective actions.
  • Motivate team members to achieve goals.
  • Ensure accurate time recording on Deltek system.
  • Support PMO with business development and bidding.
  • Enhance PMO processes and procedures.


Your skills and experience

  • Proven record of successfully establishing and running a PMO for large scale organizations/firms
  • Track record of leading and delivering programs/projects and should span the program life cycles from conceptualization, initiation, engineering, construction, handover to close out
  • Strong management and technical skills
  • Must have as minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to details and technicalities
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to adapt and stress management skills
  • Good IT and mathematical skills
