We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled General Maintenance Foreman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works and interior finishing, overseeing all aspects of maintenance and repair across various projects. An Event Coordinator undertakes and coordinates all the operational tasks associated with the event working effectively with a diverse range of individuals and groups to ensure the smooth running of the assigned event in line with INDEX Conferences and Exhibitions strategic plan, vision, mission, values goals and objectives.

Essential Functions:

Event Planning and Production:

  • Prepare plans and develop timetables with set deadlines in accordance with the project management process adopted by INDEX for the various event related activities
  • Execute and coordinate all assigned areas of project management activity
  • Coordinate the day to day activities of the event
  • Interact closely and effectively with other departments and teams including the Project Manager, ensuring being briefed fully and correctly in all aspects
  • Interact closely and clearly with other team members to monitor the progress of these activities, and their completion

  • Maintain an ongoing progress report and produce periodic status reports of the event

Medical care taker

Overview:

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Medical Caretaker to provide personal and medical care for family members in a home environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare and a commitment to ensuring the comfort and well-being of those they care for.

Nationality required: Philippine

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications as prescribed and keep accurate medication records.

- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health to family members or healthcare providers.

- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment.

- Engage family members in social activities and provide companionship to promote mental and emotional well-being.

Qualifications:

DESCRIPTION of JOB DUTIES

1. Greets and services members at the reception in a friendly and professional manner

2. Responds attentively and promptly to member needs

3. Initiates, develops and maintains positive relationships with all members and guests, knowing by name as many members as possible

4. Interacts with members and guest on a continuous basis to obtain feedback about their experience in Naya; utilize feedback to recognize outstanding instructor service performance and improve service delivery emphasizes.

5. Addressing service failures or potential service failures and developing innovative ways to exceed member expectations.

6. Answers phone calls in a timely and professional manner

7. Anticipates existing client & walk in needs and interests and recommend packages, products and services appropriately

8. Schedules members accurately for programs and services accordingly

9. Responds appropriately to questions and messages regarding member accounts

10. Provide services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention

11. Elevate the culture of service through outreach initiatives. Contact clients via phone, email and in studio conversations, building relationships and engaging members within their areas of interest. All service conversations and appointments should be appropriately tracked in.

12. Articulate extensive knowledge of package, products, services, policies and procedures, current studio events.

13. Handling of retail stock management and timely communication with retail suppliers.

Recruitment Officer

Administrator (Only UAE nationals can apply)

The Administrator role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Family Relations Specialist in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential parents.
  • Maintain communication with parents notifying them of any updates or reminders.
  • Maintain records as required in line with company policy.
  • Organize and manage the admissions process from inquiry to entry.
  • Oversee the database and prepare an analysis of data.

  • Stock control and inventory management.

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

The Dibber Way forms the basis for attitudes and values required from the Registrar.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in nursery setting in Abu Dhabi, familiar with ADEK regulation and ESIS system.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience working with children or in the childcare industry.
  • Ability to plan workloads and set priorities.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
