About the Role

This is a full-time role for Quantity Surveyor located in Kuwait City. As a Quantity Surveyor you will conduct quantity take-offs and support tender submissions. You will play a vital role in managing costs, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and delivering accurate financial forecasts for the projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering or estimation in construction-based industry.
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes, quantity take-offs, and construction finishes.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, cost estimation tools).
