We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth in this rapidly expanding market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, including contractors, architects, designers, and developers. Generate leads, build strong relationships, and close sales for SPC flooring, indoor/outdoor WPC wall panels, cladding, and decking.
  • Product Expertise: Leverage knowledge of SPC flooring, WPC wall panels, cladding, and decking to educate clients on product benefits, durability, and installation options.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, providing consultative solutions, and offering ongoing support.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the fit-out project teams to ensure that client specifications and project deadlines are met, facilitating smooth installation processes and client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and project statuses, and report to the management team on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in SPC flooring, WPC wall panels, cladding, decking, or a similar industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SPC and WPC materials and applications, particularly in interior fit-out projects.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to consultatively sell technical products.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with managing fit-out interior projects, coordinating between sales and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Driven & Self-Motivated: Highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (company will provide if no have existing car).

Major Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implement strategic plans aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, and goals.

  • Collaborate with the Strategy and Planning team to enhance the long-term strategy using relevant tools and approaches.
  • Provide input to support an integrated view of strategic direction and results.
  • Lead updates and strategic refreshes of the strategy as needed.
  • Partner with internal communications to engage staff effectively in strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Regularly track and report on initiative progress, ensuring alignment with strategic direction in coordination with Head – Risk and Impact.
  • Identify and address risks or obstacles in the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in strategic planning.
  • Prepare strategic documents (e.g., memos, presentations) for stakeholder communication.

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a conservation related field. A Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Conservation, Project Management, Sustainable Development, or a related field is welcomed.
  • Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
  • Additional certifications in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), or Data Analytics related to program delivery can be an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in programme/project management roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position within an NGO, preferably in environmental or conservation sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex, high-impact programs in the environmental sector.
  • Experience working with government agencies, donors, and community stakeholders on environmental conservation projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage program budgets, donor reporting, and financial oversight of large-scale projects.
  • Prior experience in the UAE or GCC region with a good understanding of local environmental regulations and cultural contexts is a plus.
  • Experience in grant writing, donor relations, and securing funding for large-scale environmental projects is an asset.

  • Lead the design and implementation of wet utility systems for various projects.

Utilize AutoCAD software to understand detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints for steel fabrication projects.

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Off-Plan Property Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in identifying and purchasing off-plan properties, providing them with comprehensive market insights and expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through the off-plan property purchasing process, from initial consultation to closing.
  • Conduct market research to identify lucrative investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals.
  • Prepare and present property proposals and investment analyses.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and local regulations.
  • Assist clients with financing options and legal documentation.
  • Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and open houses to promote offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with a focus on off-plan properties.
  • Strong understanding of the property market and investment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Relevant real estate license is a plus.
