Position Overview:

We are looking for an immediate joiner with proven accounting expertise, preferably within the limousine, transportation, or travel and tourism industries. The ideal candidate will excel in managing cash flow, payment receivables, and financial reporting, while demonstrating confidence and professionalism in client communications and follow-ups. Strong attention to detail and the ability to generate accurate data and reports are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Monitor and distribute petty cash to drivers, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments, coordinating with operations teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
