Duties

Senior Process Engineer

* Contribute in the Processing Section’s operational plans and support their implementation maintaining the production conditions and ensuring production targets are met in terms of quantity and quality to support the achievement of company objectives.

* Perform process simulations using software like Aspen HYSYS to model and optimize oil and gas processing units.

* Prepare process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and other technical documents.

* Prepare/modify and document operational/laboratory guidelines, instructions and manuals in line with literature, catalogues & manufacturer’s manuals and Company’s set technical standards.

* Ensure all Processing Section activities are conducted as per set guidelines and procedure and any irregularities in operations are highlighted to superiors.

* Assist the Processing Head in the Processing Section’s budgets based on field development, Company’s production and annual/mid-term production & maintenance plans related to Utilities facility and coordinate all related activities in compliance with the approved budgets and time lines.

* Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the Department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

Position Overview:

The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing technical expertise related to electrical contracting and maintenance services. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients in need of electrical contracting and maintenance services.

Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand client requirements and offer tailored electrical contracting and maintenance solutions to meet their needs.

Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and capabilities.

Technical Expertise:

Possess a deep understanding of electrical systems, installations, and maintenance practices.

Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients on the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems.

Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure accurate and effective solutions are proposed to clients.

Proposal Development:

Prepare and present comprehensive and competitive proposals for electrical contracting and maintenance projects.

Work closely with the estimating team to ensure accurate cost estimates and pricing are included in proposals.

Sales Coordination:

Collaborate with project managers and operational teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Monitor project progress and provide clients with regular updates on project milestones.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details in CRM systems.

Generate regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and market trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.

Proven experience in sales, or client relationship management within the electrical contracting and maintenance industry.

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and maintenance practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical clients.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
