1. Research and advice regarding purchasing of drill products and new equipment.
2. Identify and provide staff training opportunities in liaison with Safety & Training
3. Advisor.
4. Provision of accurate and factual reporting, including maintenance of Plant &
5. Equipment Registers
6. Supervision of correct completion of documentation including ESHMS
7. documentation. Carry out Quarterly Workplace Inspections (Yard, Mechanical,
8. Boilermaker, Spray Painting)
9. Management of day to day troubleshooting decisions and actions within area of
10. responsibility.
11. To ensure that production and productivity are maintained in accordance with
12. work schedules.
13. Monitor and action field faults and non compliances
14. Scheduling mobilisation/demobilisation equipment and service delivery
15. provisions
16. Maintain hazardous chemical compliance utilising Chemalert system to comply
17. with ESHMS for yard/workshop etc.
18. Manage the maintenance of workshop facilities and fixed equipment
19. Manage and coordinate the safety and compliance of subcontractors engaged to
20. operate within the workshop, office and yard e.g. Cranes.
21. Other duties as required.
