Sole importer and distributor for a well-known Global brand tyre for Dubai and the Northern Emirates within the UAE.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitors targets and achievements of the service centers
Customer Services (enquiries & complaints)
Training and motivating the personnel in service centers
Ensures that the team deliver good customer service
Assisting with promotions
Identifies new location for setting up a potential service center
Service centers visits and ensuring that everything runs smooth
Monitors stock levels and gives input to the Senior Divisional Manager on purchase requisitions
Gathers latest market trend and competitor information
Dealing with key accounts, corporate customers and principal
Additional tasks assigned by Management
Min. Requirements:
Must have experience in managing a multiband retail tyre service outlet in Gulf Region
Market qualification will be an advantage
Degree in any stream will be an advantage
Min. 5 years’ experience in Automotive / Tyre Industry
Marketing Experience will be an advantage
