With the continued expansion of JacTravel and the opening of our new Dubai office, the need has arisen for a Regional Head of Sales, to ensure the continued growth of sales in the region.
The principle function of this role is to take responsibility for the profitability in the Middle East and North Africa territories.
The Regional Head of Sales will ensure the implementation and coordination of all sales activity with a specific focus on XML/API sales and the B2B website (JacHotels) to large VIP clients in the Middle East and North Africa.
The role will have the specific responsibility of delivering the sales activity in relation to the priorities set by the board and ultimately the strategy for growth on which we agree. The role will also entail overseeing the account development for the region in order to maximise the revenue of a portfolio of Online API accounts through exceptional customer management, product knowledge and sales tactics with the aim of achieving the revenue and margin target set for each client.
This is a pivotal role responsible for managing all aspects of the customer relationship, including sales, technical, and commercial negotiations.
