Job Description


1. Maintaining and increasing the sales of our companys products.
2. Maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling prices by checking supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Reaching the targets and goals set for our markets.
3. Establishing, maintaining and expanding our customer base.
4. Servicing all the needs of our customers.
5. Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
6. Dealing with major customer accounts.
7. Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, shipments, inspections and activity reports.
8. L/C handling.
9. Manage and solve conflicts with our clients in a pleasant manner. Managing a good relationship with our customers.
10. Manage defective goods and claims.
11. Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account.
12. Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines.
13. Providing timely feedback senior management. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
