1. Wipe and polish the front of the bar
2. Vacuum all carpets and upholstery and remove all chewing gum
3. Dust and polish all chairs, tables and all drinking shelves
4. Polish all brass, including bar rail, kick plates and push plates
5. Dust picture frames and clean the picture glass
6. Polish poster cabinets
7. Clean all internal glass (eg booths) and all gaming machines, including front panels, sides and top
8. Sweep and wash/mop any floor tiles, marble or hearths
9. Dust all other fixtures and fittings, including skirting, radiators, pipes, fire extinguishers and any other surfaces within reach
10. Wet-wipe all skirting boards
11. Dust all lamp shades and bulbs
12. Dust all ceiling and wall extraction fans and wipe the area around grills
13. Wet-wipe and polish all high-level shelves, bric-a-brac and books
14. Wet-wipe window ledges
15. Take down and wash all lamp shades
16. Take down and wash all bric-a-brac
17. Complete other pub-specific cleaning tasks as instructed by the manager
18. Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and workbooks
19. Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
20. Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office
