• Should be responsible for Software/ Services Business for Middle-east Market
• Generating business from new accounts and enhancing business from existing accounts
• Achieving sales targets according to company guidelines and develop sales strategies
• Manage Client relationships and Ensure customer satisfaction
• Create plans for Regional Business growth
• Monitor and report on all activities and forecasts and provide relevant management information
• Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects, allowing complete tracking of the engagement against business parameters set
• Mining existing accounts for additional business through development of engagement by cross-selling the full service portfolio set
• Manage the full corporate sales cycle - from initial unqualified enquiry, quotation, evaluation and support issues, commercials, price negotiation and closure. Increase the conversion rate of enquiries/ closed sales
