Job Description

The Arabian Gulf Rugby Football Union is the governing body of Rugby in the GCC regions, managing the all competitions, clubs and players throughout the region.
A full member of the International Rugby Board (iRB) and the Asian Rugby Football Union (ARFU), the Union also hosts and manages international rugby events.
The Role
They are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join Their dynamic team in a permanent role from August 2008.
Duties
Be first point of contact for enquiries by post, email and telephone
Daily accountancy duties of the union
Invoicing and management of accounts
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Preparation of monthly cash flow reports
Manage appointments, diary and coordinate meetings for Management
Manage and maintain the management filing system
Support the efficient running of the office
Assistance with preparation and audit of annual financial reports
Management of bank accounts and accounts payable
Delivery and collections of documents as necessary
Must be able to drive (company vehicle provided).
Experience
The successful candidate will have experience in General Office Administration and basic accountancy.
The candidate must be highly proficient using MS Office Applications, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Salary
Remuneration will be based on experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
