We have an exciting career opportunity and are looking to hire a strategic, cross-functional senior leader to fill an Executive Director of Product Management role. This person will be responsible for setting the strategic vision and product direction that includes building and running a product line, full lifecycle: product management, defining product strategy, managing prioritization and development of productized solution, cost modeling, and the delivery of solutions to clients.
Responsibilities include:
Portfolio Leadership - managing both the Cloud Contact Center feature set and the core set of internally developed software products that complement the Cloud Service (and are offered as value added features to our Managed Service customers).
Product Marketing creating cohesive messaging about the differentiated capabilities of the Cloud Platform and eLoyaltys own software products. Providing for sales and sales engineering training along with end customer training, customer advisory councils, and the like
OEM Partner Management maintaining and operationalizing the relationship with strategic 3rd party vendors that provide components of the Cloud or Managed Service offers
Product Development and Quality Assurance leading the development of packages and features using a modified Agile methodology and bringing them into production on time and on budget
Leading the product management team and driving the execution of all product lifecycle processes for the product line including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
Managing the financial elements of building a product line that includes cost modeling, investment, securing funding and reconciliation of services to forecast funding.
Chairing the cross functional product development, release and launch teams.
Driving the identification of market requirements for current and future products through market and competitive research supported by on-going interaction with customers and prospects.
Implementing and ensuring strong and consistent processes for market requirements, product and release definition requirements and functional requirements are used across product management.
Owning and communicating the product roadmap, driving new initiatives to maximize revenue and market penetration.
Developing, defining, leading and implementing the go to market strategy, ensuring an understanding of the product positioning, key benefits and target customers, working closely with marketing and sales.
Long term strategy to market and package product offer with our current premise solution offering.
