To perform these tasks efficiently, a Junior Project Manager has to be able to work in a team. He has to be able to act independently and flexibly, but also be able to accept supervision and feedback of others. He must be responsible, able to work under pressure, willing to learn, open to new processes, be self-disciplined and be able to work in an autonomous way.
Candidates must be willing and able to work from home and work freelance. In order to be able to check urgent emails from home, the Junior Project Manager needs to have a very stable DSL or cable internet connection (1Mb upload/download connection as minimum requirement), a laptop with at least 2 GB RAM. If using a PC, preferably Windows 7 or newer versions. Microsoft Office essential. Working with tablet is not possible
