Job Description:
• Scanning the property market and keep a lookout for both old and new assets
Working with the sales team, and other departments, to ensure that Sales information is shared, sales opportunities are maximized
• Generating new leads
• Helping the client to select the best property depending on his needs and budget
• Recruiting Agents and monitoring their performance to see if they are following the legal business practices or not
• Ensuring achievement of sales target, by prospecting customers, selling projects and manning assigned projects
• Initiating and Closing sales
• Completing all stages of the sales cycle for syndicate and retail brokerage sales
• Using a range of communication channels in order to deliver a constant professional level of service to clients
Key Skills:
Any Graduate
Excellent English / Arabic Communication
Experience in managing HNI Clients
