Job description:
• Service Desk Triage initial assessment of client issues, evaluation of the resolution route and resolving the incident where they do not require a fix
• Service Desk SLA monitoring
• Analyse evaluation of client business requirements and advising accordingly
• Assessing new client requirements and identifying the most appropriate technical solution
• Release Management in respect of projects, compliance and fixes
• Client Configuration maintenance ownership of client specific documentation
• Project monitoring and risk assessment
