VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking WebSphere Portlet Factory Developer for our Bahrain operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Principal Accountabilities
• Design and develop quality Web applications to agreed schedules. Deliver all associated technical documentation.
• Manage the technical delivery of small projects
• Implement n-tier solutions spanning multiple, strategic, enterprise technologies.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure user requirements are captured accurately and completely, including closing identified gaps in user requirements. Assess the technical feasibility and produce a specification
• Define Work Breakdown Structure, provide accurate estimates and define a plan for the execution of assigned tasks.
• Provide accurate impact assessment of proposed changes and initiatives.
• Identify potential project risk events and provide risk mitigation plans.
• Effectively communicate with business users, both formally and informally.
• Perform peer technical reviews.
Position Summary
Responsible for Web and applications development as per industry standards. The candidate must participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing and support. The candidate must provide technical guidance to the team, be able to manage small projects and have strong communication skills.
Terms and conditions:
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).
The selected candidates shall join VAM SYSTEMS Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in Bahrain.
