- Role:Technical Services and Project Management Consultant / Professional Service Consultant (Senior)

Job Summary: Responsible and accountable for all Complinet Middle East service development, deployment and client contract obligations for their software solutions.
- Key Activities Project: Manage (Coordinator) the products pre & post-sales functions for Global Screening, Training, Rulebook Hosting and Policy Manager developments with agreed milestones and delivery dates
- Organise frequent visits to client to ensure a smooth running of the solutions in place and follow up with a visit report which needs to be emailed to the client and the team in London
- Full accountability for the delivery against all targeted milestones in the road maps
- Full responsibility for building a communication channel between the clients and the adequate teams in London, ensure all queries are logged, managed and followed up with London to ensure a smooth running and delivery of the project
- Manage the successful technical delivery of client engagements detailing agreed milestones and delivery dates whilst liaising very closely with the technical team in London
- Weekly written reporting of all developments and issues to the Middle East Managing Director
- Key technical interface with development teams for all Middle East technical work, the pre-sales support personnel and post-sales implementation team
- Manage high level proposal process for solution deals.
- Essential Fluent written and verbal, English and Arabic
- 3 years experience of Pre-Sales and Post-Sales management for clients in the Financial Services industry
- Organised and client focussed with a passion for high levels of customer service
- Experience of front-line relationships with clients, suppliers and partners
- Ability to demonstrate products clearly to the client
- Experience of proposal and tender process
- Sound contract co-ordination and project management skills
- Professional and presentable for client facing interaction
- Technical Background: software application. Web application, Database, XML. NET, JavaScript, LDAP,
- Preferable experience in Banking/financial firms technology solution (ideally Transaction Monitoring and Screening)
- Familiar with E-Learning and Portable solution.
