Main Responsibilities
- Prepare/negotiate/settle various claims
- Formalise subcontracts and materials supply contracts
- Attend meetings with the Client and subcontractors
- Deal with all contract issues
- Negotiate and settle disputes
- Prepare project hand-over documents etc.
Degree level with FRICS or MRICS is advantageous.
