Job Description

• Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified time frame.
• Analyzes the markets potential and creates a customer value plan for existing and prospective customers.
• Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Achieving the sales quota assigned.
• Participates in Trade Shows, Exhibitions and Conventions.
