Duties:
• Preparation, management and control of Internet projects in all phases: analysis, training, and the creation / development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Planning, coordination and control of work on the development of web projects.
• Support the development and management of their own web sites and web projects.
• Formation of the working group projects and work with the whole group.
• Preparation of project documentation, evaluation, development of web destinations.
• Development projects for the needs of business (websites and mobile applications) from idea to launch.
• Competitive analysis of the project.
• Coordination of the development process.
• Risk management and design changes.
• Timing and quality control.
Professional requirements:
• Higher technical education (IT as an advantage).
• Experience in developing web sites, mobile applications, landing pages;
• The ability to take a team of programmers, designers, web designers.
• Experience in writing technical specifications and project documentation.
• Experience in implementing projects on the Internet, management, promotion of Internet shops (B2B and B2C).
• Knowledge of web development technologies, implementation and operation of Agile, Scrum, etc.
• Basic knowledge of the design of the user interface.
• Experience developer (preferably JAVA, PHP and YII) from 2 years.
• Experience team lead, web development leader or manager of IT-projects from the 1st year.
• At least 2 completed projects with the size of the project team from the IT least 8 people.
• Project management experience implementing solutions / systems: resource and scheduling, timely detection of risk management, human resources management, communications.
• A thorough understanding of the main sources of traffic: contextual advertising, SEO, CPA / CPS, SMM.
• Experience of monitoring the filling and metering actual work.
• Experience creating and presenting presentations to managers.
