Understand customer requirements and expectations
Recommend specific solutions to potential issues
Coordinate and expedite orders as necessary, interact with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met
Monitor and track open order status; contacting customers , purchasing cleaning service and cleaners on delays
Work with the business management systems of our customers
Coordinate documentation for customer (contracts, invoices etc)
Maintain customer master files/profiles
Monitor finished cleaning services; identify and schedule with customers and carriers next service
Assist management in any assigned projects as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
