CID Data Entry Clerk and Telephone Operator required for a Hotel in Dubai.
Female Telephone operator required,Responsible to enter all guest data in the CID Reporting System. Responsible for managing the switchboard operation. Responsible for answering all incoming calls and directing them to respective guest rooms. Responsible to note guest messages, provide information on hotel services and answer guest inquiries efficiently and positively. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
