- To enhance international communication via expression of ideas, obtaining desires, sharing information and interpersonal interaction. Language is the means by which communication is achieved
- Assesses the cognitive, behavioral, psychological and emotional aspects of the childs needs and establishes appropriate goals for intervention and education
- Provides individual and group counselling to students on a scheduled basis or through crisis intervention
- Provides counselling and trainings to parents, when required
- Provides workshops and lectures during seminars and conferences when so required
