A large international contractor has approached us in order to find them a Project team for a 350m development in Dubai. They are interested in hearing from candidates who have high rise development experience, knowledge of major projects and a previous track record of successful handover.
You will be overseeing major works on a leisure development consisting of high rise luxury apartments, 6 star hotel, restaurants, casino, retail and other leisure facilities.
They are looking for Project Managers, Senior Construction Managers, Construction Directors and a Managing Director for a two year rolling contract.
First interviews for this position are being arranged in the UK and the client would particularly like to see candidates with high rise or major projects experience, although this is not essential.
In addition to the salary, which is Tax Free, you will receive 10% housing allowance, air fares for you and your family, healthcare and medical benefits.
