Office Administrator
An Interior Fit-Out Company based in Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai is looking for a dynamic and proactive Office Administrator to support our team in everyday operational administrative work preferably with experience in Interior Fit-Out Company.
The successful candidate must possess the following Skills:
Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new programs/softwares
Proficient in both Windows and Mac Platform
Well versed in MS Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to create, edit, and manipulate PDF files using Adobe Acrobat DC
Knowledge in basic Adobe Photoshop would be a great advantage but not required
Fluency in English both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines including flexibility in time schedule.
Positive work attitude and must be presentable and well-groomed.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Maximize leads by attending to clients inquiry and relaying the inquiry to the concerned team.
Prepare quotations and invoices as per the SoW
Prepare and compile documents to be submitted for relevant authorities approval.
Follow up project deliveries from start to finish.
Prepare and hand-over any documents/invoices to authorized Accounting Firm for Tax Filing.
Prepare written correspondence to relevant authorities through email / paper.
Ensure that filing system is organized both digital and hard copy.
Any ad hoc work assigned by the Line Manager
