The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: ? Prepare detailed calculations, drawings, technical specifications, procurement documents, design and installation packages, proposal evaluations, technical reports, cost estimates, detailed analyses and other materials suitable for procurement and construction purposes ? Electrical design on multidisciplinary projects, including client relations and team motivation ? Development of electrical power and distribution design concepts with architects, engineers and owners; Design of lighting, fire alarm, communications systems, in building; Project Management on electrical projects ? Prepare specifications, contract documents, and prepare engineering progress reports ? Ensuring design conforms to all applicable codes and client standards ? Travel to the construction sites to conduct Electrical inspections and prepare reports ? Technical supervision of junior engineers and technologists incl. mark-ups and review of design and drafting ? Electrical system commissioning ? *Minimum Requirements** Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 3+ years of progressively responsible applicable experience including, 3+ years in a Consulting Engineering environment, salary 14,000 AED per month
