We are looking for a Lebanese Cafe Lounge Manager in our high-end cafe lounge located in The Palm Jumeirah.
Job Descriptions:
Ability to manage a Restaurant Cafe Lounge
Overlook and supervise the operation
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Ability to perform in our theme nights
Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
Maintain a good teamwork relationship with colleagues.
Accountable and resilient
A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service
Plan, organize, and motivates staffs to excel in delivering excellent service to all guests
Ensure adequate staff coverage that meets the demand in the lounge
Multi-lingual is an advantage
