Must possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional manner. Good communication in English. CCNP is a mandatory Checkpoint Certification is highly desirable A degree or diploma in Telecommunication or related discipline UAE Driving License will be an added advantage Skillset Required To troubleshoot all network elements and ensure that service is maintained. Perform tasks effectively to troubleshoot network issues for prompt resolution to ensure maximum possible service availability and performance. Proactively analyze and resolve network problems like MPLS line issues and VPN problems To report and follow up with service providers for telecom / ISP related issues. Manage application/web access through Internet Proxy. Provide L2 support for firewall related call. Provide level 2 support to Service Desk Calls and escalate to senior engineers if required. ProvisioningIP assignment and other network services as per customer requirement.
