Ideally, you know very well the airlines industry, especially the flight operations (dispatch, AOG, asset management, air and ground connectivity). You are recognized by your peers for your pro-activeness, listening quality and your ability to take a step back and look at the subject from a broader perspective, especially in case of conflictual situation.
