Responsibilities:
• Support of our software implementation (organizational issues, user training, etc.)
• Solving administrative issues related to commercial transaction (documents, approval, after-sales service)
• Perform security monitoring, security event triage, and incident response. Analyze alert patterns to provide recommendations for policy improvement
• Respond to daily security incidents following established incident response methodology
• Work closely with your corresponding sales organization to ensure customer needs are met and customer satisfaction continues to rank high
• Coordinates the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of cybersecurity metrics
• Participates in multiple projects in parallel, balancing demands and expectations of each simultaneously
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the costumer
• Working only with the current customer base
• Joint work with the technical support department
Requirements and skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field
• Previous CRM/ERP experience preferred
• Must have strong analytical, problem-solving skills
• Must have a high degree of confidentiality, self-motivation, commitment and integrity
• Experience in working with large amounts of information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to find an individual approach when working with clients
• Excellent report writing and communication
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and computer skills
• Fluent speaks and writes in English
• Sociability
