Answer incoming calls from prospective customers The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made Required Knowledge & Skills: - Min. 1-2 yrs. Experience in telemarketing Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Outlook). Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems. Good time-management skills. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints Persistent and results-oriented Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
