Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained. Create and update cleaning schedules for all areas of the facility, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. Train and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations. Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed. Address and resolve guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
