Position Overview: We are in search of a passionate and experienced IB Psychology Teacher to inspire and educate our diverse group of students in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the academic journey of our students, instilling a love for psychology, and preparing them for success in the IB Diploma Programme. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging and challenging IB Psychology curriculum aligned with the IB framework. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement. Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of students and facilitate their academic growth in psychology. Foster a love for psychology and critical thinking skills among students. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support in the field of psychology. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience and maintain a cohesive curriculum. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with IB requirements and best teaching practices in psychology. Contribute to the school's extracurricular activities and events. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Teaching certification and/or IB certification highly desirable. Proven experience teaching IB Psychology, with a strong track record of student achievement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for education and a commitment to the holistic development of students. Adaptability and a willingness to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
