We’re hiring! Telesales Representative We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and providing information or assistance as required. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services and contribute to the overall success of our sales. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers based on provided contact lists or leads. Introduce our products/services to potential customers and explain their benefits. Follow a script, but also engage in natural conversation to build rapport with customers. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information or assistance. Identify and understand customer needs, answer their queries, and offer appropriate solutions. Keep detailed and accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, and sales conversion. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and update them on potential opportunities. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships. Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and pricing to effectively address customer inquiries. Handle customer complaints or escalations professionally and escalate unresolved issues, as necessary. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus. Preferred husband's / dependant visa Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to promote products/services effectively. Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Ability to work well in a team-oriented and target-driven environment. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
