We are distributor of a premium water analysis systems and consumables manufacturer for laboratories and water treatment industry in UAE. Currently we are also supplying filters for water production, food and beverage industry and other filtration related applications. The mission would be to define and execute sales and services activities related to this brand requirements in Laboratories / Oil & Gas/ F&B / Pharma & Analytical market in UAE, with the objective of meeting and/or exceeding the business objectives with key customers. - To develop and maintain relationships with laboratories in Oil & Gas, Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Industrial Water customer accounts, which will be in line with regional business plan. - To understand the requirements of customer and promote our analytical products. - To identify service opportunities and propose calibration / maintenance / repair / upgrade of current installations and develop strong connection with clients. - To develop business opportunities and to secure new orders within these accounts. - To identify key projects at these accounts and secure the relevant enquiries from these accounts. - Preparing and agreeing Sales and Service Action Plans with financial targets - Monitoring and reporting of sales against the agreed sales targets and Sales Action Plans. - Technical and commercial evaluation and acceptance / rejection of enquiries received either directly from the customer or via the office. - Responsible for regular visit reports, action plan and review of targets at least 2 times a month - Provide aftermarket customer service technically or commercially at high satisfaction.
