§ Developing, implementing and managing sales processes & policies and ensure the process adherence & compliance with the teams § Recruiting, Onboarding, Training, Performance Management of Sales team, including termination non-performing members. § Prepare the training manuals and sales-related resource materials & make sure new staff is well trained on the products and processes. § Actively participate in the Sales Process, including generating new outbound leads via cold calling, email marketing etc. § Proactively engage with inbound leads and drive them to closure § Managing the sales funnel by implementing and maintaining CRM system and sales databases § Researching and analyzing data and create sales forecasts § Maintain the communication best practices for sales and sales support functions § Collaborate with Marketing to ensure proper inbound lead generation processes, metrics, and policies § Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicator § Preparing Quarterly Business Review presentations § Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency
