Job Description

· Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. · Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, food quality, and customer satisfaction, taking necessary actions to address any areas of concern. · Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. · Implement and maintain standardized operating procedures to optimize efficiency and consistency across all restaurants. · Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff, ensuring a high level of competency and professionalism. · Provide guidance and support to restaurant managers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. · Conduct performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate training and development programs. · Ensure proper staffing levels across all restaurants, effectively managing schedules and labor cost. · Develop and manage annual budgets for each restaurant, monitoring expenses, revenue, and profitability. · Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve financial performance. · Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines. · Collaborate with the finance department to forecast sales, set pricing strategies, and achieve revenue targets. · Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring a consistently exceptional dining experience across all restaurants. · Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, implementing measures to enhance customer satisfaction. · Monitor online reviews and feedback, taking appropriate actions to address issues and enhance the restaurant's reputation. · Collaborate with marketing and brand management teams to ensure consistent brand representation and promotional activities. · Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. · Identify opportunities for operational enhancements, cost efficiencies, and revenue growth, implementing innovative strategies accordingly. · Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and participate in process refinement.
