Serve guests promptly and ensure their needs are met throughout their dining experience. Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently. Calculate bills, issue receipts, and provide correct change to customers. Maintain a clean and organized dining area by clearing tables and ensuring a tidy environment. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and order accuracy. Promote special offers and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. Qualifications: Prior experience in waitressing and cash handling is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively. Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail. Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change. Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food and beverage offerings is advantageous.
