JOB DESCRIPTION Job Details Position Title Sales Manager Job Code SRN/JD/2023/SM-004 Reports To Sales Director Department Sales Location Abu Dhabi Business Unit Saraai Real Estate Network Supervision Sales Director Role Purpose: The primary role of job holder is to achieve the set sales targets consistently Job Responsibilities Sales Planning: Develop and execute effective sales targets and strategies in align with market trends and customer preferences. Identify growth opportunities, analyze competition. Lead Generation and Conversion: Identifying and pursuing leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, networking, and online platforms. Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients. Converting leads into successful business deals. Client Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understanding their needs, providing personalized solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintaining regular communication to cultivate long-term partnerships. Collaboration and Networking: Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to align business development activities with company objectives. Participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and stay updated on industry trends. Negotiation and Deal Closing: Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and other business agreements. Overseeing the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals. Ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Market Intelligence: Monitoring and analyzing real estate market trends, including property prices, demand, and supply dynamics. Keeping abreast of regulatory changes, economic factors, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions. Reporting and Analysis: Compiling and presenting sales reports, market analysis, and performance metrics to the management team. Evaluating the effectiveness of sales strategies and suggesting improvements. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders. Address customer concerns, deliver exceptional service, and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay informed about market dynamics, industry regulations, and customer preferences to anticipate their needs. Qualifications, Experience & Competencies Qualification Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in sales or business development Proven track record of success in real estate sales and management within the UAE market Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in the respective domain with similar role. Competencies In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and customer preferences. Sales and Negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation skills. Networking and Relationship Building Problem solving and Decision Making Key Performance Indicators Sales Revenue New Client Acquisition Conversion Rate Deal Cycle Time
