A Sales Manager is responsible for effectively working with peers - leading a team of sales representatives and coaching each team member to exceed sales results and provide exceptional customer experiences. This individual is also responsible for hiring, developing and retaining talent (enhancing employee experiences). A Sales Manager leads the district and enables the successful implementation of corporate strategies across the territory. A Sales Manager is responsible for developing relationships with key customers in the relevant disease area, to increase Lilly’s ability to drive adoption of our new and existing therapies. The successful candidate will be hosted under an Eli Lilly distributor in the UAE.
