Job Description

-Contact potential or existing customers/corporate companies to inform them about a product, group training programs, consultancy projects or service using scripts -Answer questions about the program -Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales -Enter and update customer information in the database -Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales -Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

It is a target driven role and therefore applicants Must be consistent in achieving sales targets. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Make sale calls and convert the lead to become customers. Candidate will be making outbound calls to know the customer needs and offer the best possible solution offered by Anisuma Institute. Influence customers to buy services and product information with price quotations. Act as a source of information for potential clients seeking advice and services. Telephone or email to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up on initial sales contacts. Schedule appointments to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations or meetings.
