- Project execution of the confirmed job to deliver in the committed timeline within budget.
- Coordination & interface with clients for approvals of materials and shop drawings.
- ·Handle project management including planning, scheduling, and supervision of construction.
- Organize material and manpower as per project requirements.
- Monitor site progress and confirm adherence to designs and specifications.
- Assess risk and control manpower as per UAE safety regulations.
- Attend inspections from Government authorities and close out any comments to get necessary approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of documents & reports.
